• I work as the clinical pharmacy specialist in oncology and as the IV program manager with oversight of the pharmacy IV sterile admixture process.
• My responsibilities include maintaining compliance with USP 797 and 800 regulations in addition to maintaining competencies of all sterile compounding personnel.
• I also work interdisciplinary with the oncologists and nurse staff in providing care to our oncology patients, review and complete clinical drug consults, and provide consultative drug information to the heath care team.

I worked as an inpatient clinical and dispensing staff pharmacist.
My work included the complete spectrum of inpatient pharmacy practice including but not limited to the review and completion of clinical drug consults, therapeutic drug monitoring, mentoring/teaching pharmacy residents and new pharmacists, and conducting in-services to the nurse staff.
