- I work as the clinical pharmacy specialist in oncology and as the IV program manager with oversight of the pharmacy IV sterile admixture process.
- My responsibilities include maintaining compliance with USP 797 and 800 regulations in addition to maintaining competencies of all sterile compounding personnel.
- I also work interdisciplinary with the oncologists and nurse staff in providing care to our oncology patients, review and complete clinical drug consults, and provide consultative drug information to the heath care team.
