• Owner, Winners Middle Eastern Cuisine, Waltham - MA, 1990, 1994, Designed, built and operated the first Middle Eastern / Pizza restaurant in Waltham area catering to the residents, businesses, Brandies University and Bentley College, and corporate catering in the Waltham area. Sold it in 1994 to purchase another businesses.
• Owner, Washington St Citgo, West Newton - MA, 1994, 1996, Owned and operated a gas station in the West Newton area on Washington St with a convenient store, auto repair and body shop. Sold it to purchase another buisness
• Owner, Dunkin Donuts, Brookline - MA, 1994, 2002, Owned and operated the donut shop, overseeing all daily activities, managing hiring and firing, financing and ordering of the donut shop. Had about 30-35 employees and sales over a million dollars. Sold it for a really good deal for a bigger investment.
• Owner, Mia Sushi Bar & Grill, Providence - RI, 2001, 2004, Designed, built and operated a 90 seat restaurant and bar with sushi / Italian fusion concept menu, located on one of the most famous streets in Providence (Atwells Ave). Trained a few managers to handle day to day operation, had a very successful concept with over a million dollars in sales and over 40 employees. Sold it in 2005 divorce issue.
• Owner, Trio Cafe, Smithfield - RI, 2001, 2004, Designed, built and co-owned a 40 seat Italian restaurant with a bar and outside patio with my younger brother Edmund Nasr. Oversaw the financing part of this business and my brother ran the day to day operation of this concept. Had sales over 850k. Sold my share to my brother because of divorce issue.
• Co-owner, Lot 401, Providence - RI, 2002, 2004, Co-owned with two of my best friends this two floor restaurant/club with about 60-70 seats restaurant with a bar on the first level and club and bar on the second level. I only handled and oversaw the financing part of this concept. Got involved with this project because I owned the liquor license. Sold my shares to one of my partners because of my divorce issue.
• Owner, Nasr-Sarkisian Realty Trust, Providence - RI, 2002, 2005, Owned this company that operated a real estate business with the address of 220-222 Atwells Ave Providence Rhode Island. It's a commercial building on Atwells Ave that consists of: first level Mia sushi bar and grill and a federal pizza shop, second level three office spaces all rented, with a yearly income of 250,000.00. Sold the building in 2005 as a divorce settlement for over a 2 million dollars.
• Owner, Nasr Food Group Inc - Rimana Foods, Rimana Foods, 2016, Present, Own, manage and operate a wholesale food and distribution company that supplies over 200 gas stations, convenience stores, hotels and cafes throughout MA, RI & NH. Supply on the go sandwiches, salads, wraps, protein packs, fruit salads, cheese platters and also direct distributor for Penny Candy.
