My job title has been a Cowboy, Ranch-Hand, Ranch Manager, foreman, to now a Division General Fence Manager. I am eager to contribute to team success through hard work, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. I have a clear understanding, experience of ranching have over 30 years of experience ranching. I can pair out cows/calves. I can ride, rope and doctor outside cattle. Brand calves, process weigh, and ship cattle. I have been in every aspect of ranching from breeding, to calving out, to weaning, to the finish product feedlot experience. I have cow/calf, heifer, bull experience. To yearlings operation's. I also can flood irrigate, to wheel lines. I can run hydraulic chutes to manual chutes. I have a class CDL license. I have hauled cattle to some of our permits in cattle hauling trucks. I have rotational grazing from deeded acres to allotments, to BLM permits. I keep daily ranch journals, ranch receipts, and all bookwork of all ranching operations. I maintained all deeded acres fence to allotments to BLM permits. I am a self-starter and supervised many crews in all fields of Construction and Ranch Management. I keep all my tools, company rigs serviced and clean. I take care of all tools issued to me. I have fabricated many ranch projects and use my welding skills quite efficiently. I can drive 9,10,13, and 18 speed trucks. I can operate tractors, excavators, dozers, and backhoes. I have excellent horsemanship skills and take pride in my livestock. My tack room is always clean and organized. I have many skills that I put to use everyday.
