Designed lab and created curriculum for a 9 week electrical training course. The course is designed to teach basic electrical skills in residential and commercial wiring in a lab environment with 80% hands-on training and 20% lecture and book work. Generated funding and obtained grants to keep the course free of charge to students. Attended high school career fairs and similar events for recruiting students.

Florida State Prison - Taught the NCCER curriculum to inmates with less than 3 years left on their sentence in hopes of reducing recidivism. Made improvements to the hands-on lab and introduced NEC books to the program.

3-4 year course teaching the NCCER curriculum to both high school and adult students. Course was designed for residential and commercial wiring with a small amount of industrial applications. During my tenure I updated the lab by designing cubicles for private working and a duplex and small metal stud structure built for capstone projects.

Performed maintenance and new and remodel work on all campus buildings and facilities. Job scheduling, material ordering, supervising staff. Working with project managers on design/build projects.

Supervised the electrical construction of large commercial projects from the ground up. Working with General Contractors and Project Managers to maintain completion schedules. Material ordering, payroll record keeping, maintaining equipment rentals, supervising staff.

Electrical construction in both residential and commercial projects, service work residential/commercial. Estimating work, accounting, maintaining day to day business operations. Supervising staff.
