- Responsibilities: To insure all receipts are cooked and prepared to strict specifications and properly cooled and stored with no cross contamination of product. Supervise the shift making sure all food is cooked on the line properly and plated correctly. Train all personnel in all positions, front of the house cooks, back of the house cooks and all prep cooks. Order our produce everyday to insure freshness. Do all the food orders twice a week maintaining a food count par that must be adjusted for season and out of season. Receive all product cross check with invoice and order made. Responsible for a month end inventory of all food products, paper products and chemicals using our Restaurant 365 program.
