Richard (Dick) Bosman

After I graduated from High School in 1974 I attended and Graduated from Ford Technician School in Milwaukee. I worked as Certified Ford Auto Technician for 7-years. Following that I received a Real Estate Brokers License and sold Real Estate both part and full time until 2008.

I was the Project Manager versed in all aspects of project management from inception to completion. I had a great track record of on-time openings that met all project milestones, budgets and surpassed quality expectations on the following Commercial and Residential Condominium projects:

I have worked for Carlson Erickson Builders as a Carpenter and more recently as a Project Manager from 2008-Current

I hold a Wisconsin Real Estate Brokers License and both a GRI and CRS designation mainly for sales.

I hold a Wisconsin Dwelling Contractor Qualifier License.

My kids and I have been skiing together for the past 20+ years. It is our favorite family sport.

I have been flying private airplanes since 1986 and my hours logged hours in the air are directly related to how much is in my check book.

I have a small power boat that I take out a lot in the summer and I usually go to Plum and Washington Islands.

My son and I really enjoy camping and Elk hunting in Colorado.

I am a Private Airplane Pilot with Single Engine, Complex, High Performance certifications with an Instrument Rating.

I am PADI certified for Open Water Diving.

I also hold a second degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.
