· Drive all aspects of Staples Digital Solutions (SDS) Infrastructure Projects. Working closely with our Supply Chain partners to ensure technology deployments are a complete success.
· Managed the Dallas, TX Fulfillment Center Retrofit project. $5 Million of technology enhancements led to significant efficiency gains throughout the warehouse operations. Scope included, conveyor upgrades, network infrastructure upgrades, installation of PackSize machines and Vertical Lift Modules.
· Lead Project Manager for SDS on the Integration of CPI, a $50 Million company acquired by Staples. All IT systems were successfully implemented prior to the planned Go-Live date, minimizing possible impact on our new customer base.
· Expertly managed numerous new site builds, site closures and complete wired and wireless network uplifts.
· Manage annual Cisco IOS Upgrades on over 700 devices with minimal impact on production.
· Responsible for the daily management of nine Technical Analysts supporting the infrastructure in 40 facilities across seven states. Planned and facilitated their development that allowed for successful transition and promotion to network analysts and consultants.
· Responsible for the allocation of resources, the management of technology road maps and the preparation of annual budgets.
· Identified and evaluated technical solutions addressing both short- and long-term business initiatives.
· Assist the Regional Manager with all managerial activities and manage all projects that are not assigned an official Project Manager.

· Daily technical support for approximately 100 end users in five facilities including a distribution center.
· Responsible for creating and automating all sales, accounting, inventory and compensation reporting.
· Accountable for all airfield operational activities including repair projects, airfield markings, lighting, training, planning duty assignments and advising Wing Leadership on all activities that may impact flying operations
· Directed and managed a staff of 13 Airfield Management Specialists who supported the daily flying operations for 60 F-15 aircraft.
