Responsible for leading an instructional team in providing all basic and advanced firearms training for every Pararescue/Combat Rescue Officer. As a Course Lead, managed all responsibilities of Weapons Training instruction and provided long-term continuity and Quality Assurance management for 17 distinct training objectives and more than 135 hours of course academic and live-fire training.

• Schedules/Supervises instructor classroom-related activities to support course curriculum delivery.
• Evaluates Field Training Exercises and Situational Training Exercise lanes IAW approved curriculum and standards of Air Education and Training Command (AETC) to develop, train, and evaluate Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) and Air Combat Command (ACC) competencies.
• Assesses trainee progress, coaches and counsels trainees; delivers timely constructive feedback.
• Oversees and manages work schedules of all activities ensuring classrooms, ranges, and training areas are organized, repaired, maintained, and returned to their fully operational state.
