•Clean and process dry etch tool components (stainless steel, quartz, ceramic).

• Use solvents, cleaning agents, and automated washers for material removal.

• Operate stationary cleaning equipment, ovens, and carts for parts loading/unloading.

• Perform visual inspections, verify parts, and document processes.

• Monitor alarms and respond per SOPs.

• Maintain clean, safe work environment and ensure paperwork accuracy.

• Check and verify serial number on quartz and stainless in PLT system
• Responsible for the set up of machine
• Delivering and picking up the product when complete
• Responsible for Audition and replacing missing items in machine

• Clean inside the FAB and Sub Fab by sweeping, mopping, vacuum under the floor
• Gathering and emptying trash bins
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical and power equipment to prevent damage to floor and fixtures
• Use DI water to wet cleaning room wipes to mop the fab walls and floors
• Use a text wipe6% IPA to wipe down windows, chairs, phone, trash cans/bins, doors, and fire extinguisher
• Maintain a safe working environment by following the correct procedures and using appropriate PPE
