Compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a strong passion for helping children and individuals develop important life, communication, and social skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Recently certified as an RBT and eager to begin a professional career in the behavioral health field while continuing to learn and grow under the supervision of experienced BCBA's and clinical teams. Known for being patient, responsible, empathetic and a quick learner with teamwork skills developed through previous customer service and fast-paced work environments. Committed to creating a positive, supportive and encouraging environment for clients and families while maintaining professionalism, reliability and high-quality care. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in psychology with long-term goals of advancing in the ABA field and becoming a BCBA in the future.
