Created and developed a unique website for auto hail repair (PDR) that allows customers to receive multiple repair estimates from many local repair companies at once. The site is also a platform that sells memberships to hail repair technicians across the country allowing them find local "high-end" retail hail work (in whatever area or state they are currently in) and bid on local repair jobs. The site promotes a wide and exclusive customer base also including auto dealerships and body shops.

• Promote and run all business operations including customer acquisition by geographical hail damage locations.
• Developed and implemented "easy to use" work flow and graphics for consumers and technicians.

• Conducted regular performance reviews, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address them.

• Collaborate with companies to develop and license my unique (and patented) products.
• Licensed a "DerrCo" patented product to a large corporation with world-wide sales of over 1.5 million+.
• Over 5 patents have been issued and several are pending (as well as issued trademarks).
• Conduct research on market trends to identify potential licensing opportunities and develop strategic plans accordingly.
