- Managed daily operations of B shift, orchestrating forward-thinking strategies to accomplish our mission to bring next level mobile healthcare to the visitors and residents of Taney County.
- Provided mentorship and extra training to field employees at all levels, including two lieutenants, multiple FTOs, paramedics, and EMTs.
- Created and maintained positive relationships with allied agencies, most notably through my role as a key part of our highly successful ASHER program.
- Received, analyzed, and disseminated sensitive intelligence products from DHS and the Missouri Fusion Center as a vetted Terrorism Liaison Officer.
- Maintained morale and created a sense of esprit de corps among the members of B shift, despite the operational challenges we've faced due to the pandemic.
- Provided on-scene leadership as the medical commander during the most high profile incident in TCAD history. First hand experience in managing a major MCI.
