Been with pactiv for 24 years . In this time I’ve learned about waste water have taken courses to require certificates including micro biology. I moved on to Learning about boilers from coal to oil . In every area I move to I have done all the training for new employees and enjoy doing so. The past 5 years I have been a production supervisor where I feel training and watching new employees grow is my favorite part of the job.
