Selected as a demonstration classroom where new and lateral-entry teachers from across Wake County observed teaching practices, classroom systems, and behavior management strategies.
Facilitated 320+ multidisciplinary implementation meetings, coordinating teachers, administrators, families, and service providers to ensure successful implementation of individualized education plans and continuity of services while maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations.
Directed planning and execution of Wake County's annual Unified Champion Schools Track Meet, serving as project lead for a countywide event involving seven middle and high schools, Special Olympics North Carolina, transportation, facilities, volunteers, administrators, and community partners for three consecutive years.
