• Relocated to Texas in early 2022 to take on this role as KAM expanded its footprint outside of Alaska operations.
• Expanded KAM's scope from a single client performing API and NDE inspections for tanks to include a developing 570 piping program and initiated the 510 vessel inspection campaign.
• Under my management, we worked to grow our client base across the south. Adding nearly $5M in annual revenue to our portfolio over the next 16 months. This number continues to grow as we take on additional staff to support more clientele.
• Managed operations as operations manager, RSO, recruiter, and field inspector during startup of new location.
• Supported L48 operations remotely after relocating to Alaska, traveling monthly to visit sites and maintain operational oversight.

• Managed and oversaw the inspection program for Greater Prudhoe Bay under BP and later Hilcorp.
• One of our greatest achievements during my time in this position was the completion of one of BP’s largest yearly inspection scopes in 2019. We did this without any major incidents, while utilizing a reduced staff from prior years and ultimately lower costs to the client.
• Daily direction of six department foremen overseeing approximately 200 employees throughout the field.
• Collaborated with client to align team objectives and ensure cohesive communication across groups.
• Participated in developing inspection strategies and methods to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
• Audited field inspectors as radiation safety officer, ensuring compliance with safety standards for Kakivik staff at GPB, including handling sources and tracking shipping and equipment calibrations.
• Transitioned the contract workforce from the former BP to the incumbent Hilcorp during the field sale.

• Transitioned into this position as KAM secured the GPB inspection contract under BP and led efforts to align this division with the new direction. Staffed the department for success by selecting inspectors who would add value to the team and contribute to the growth of the new group.
• Oversaw tank and vessel inspections using BP database, Excel workbooks, P6, and other systems, ensuring compliance and accuracy in reporting.
• Managed daily operations of TVI crews, coordinating with clients on work scope, schedules, techniques, and budgets to meet project requirements.

• Maintained CUI, T&V, and piping inspection programs for Conoco Phillips LNG facility in Nikiski, Alaska, utilizing PCMS and Microsoft Suite to ensure compliance and operational readiness.
• Coordinated workflow for Inspection resources, CUI teams, and maintenance personnel.
• Coordinated logistics and planning for inspection campaigns, ensuring timely execution and resource allocation.
• Self performed API and NDE inspections in the field on tanks, vessels, and piping. Performed initial sketches for piping systems and circuits. Identified CMLs and problem locations for future campaigns.
• Collaborated with plant maintenance personnel to address repairs and coating issues identified during inspections, enhancing facility integrity and safety.

• Started inspection career at Kuparuk as NDE assistant, gaining foundational skills in non-destructive examination.
• I quickly gathered OJT and classroom hours to become an RT Level II. Soon after, I added rope access to my certification list and spent a few years performing rope access RT and CUI work.
• Later I gained the required hours for a UT certificate. From here I was primarily a facilty rope access technician specializing in RT, UT, and CUI inspections.
• Conducted inspections at drill sites and pipelines.
• Recognized as the go-to technician for resolving challenging inspection locations, ensuring safe and efficient completion of inspections.

• Performed rope access CUI inspections offshore for Conoco Phillips on their Bayu Undan platform off the northern coast of Australia.
• Managed daily workload and client communications while performing baseline walkdowns of inspection circuits and establishing work plans for CUI inspections.
• Conducted inspections and communicated findings to client representative on site.
