  • Under my management, we worked to grow our client base across the south. Adding nearly $5M in annual revenue to our portfolio over the next 16 months. This number continues to grow as we take on additional staff to support more clientele.
  • Managed operations as operations manager, RSO, recruiter, and field inspector during startup of new location.
  • Supported L48 operations remotely after relocating to Alaska, traveling monthly to visit sites and maintain operational oversight.

  • Managed and oversaw the inspection program for Greater Prudhoe Bay under BP and later Hilcorp.
  • One of our greatest achievements during my time in this position was the completion of one of BP’s largest yearly inspection scopes in 2019. We did this without any major incidents, while utilizing a reduced staff from prior years and ultimately lower costs to the client.
  • Daily direction of six department foremen overseeing approximately 200 employees throughout the field.
  • Collaborated with client to align team objectives and ensure cohesive communication across groups.
  • Participated in developing inspection strategies and methods to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Audited field inspectors as radiation safety officer, ensuring compliance with safety standards for Kakivik staff at GPB, including handling sources and tracking shipping and equipment calibrations.
  • Transitioned the contract workforce from the former BP to the incumbent Hilcorp during the field sale.
