At Levanders I was responsible for disassembling vehicles and blueprinting broken parts and logging what needs replaced. I would also do the body repair work as well. Body repair would include completely replacing panels, utilizing body panel tools to fix and repair panels, bondo work, and paint correction as well. I've replaced entire roofs on vehicles and done hours of repair and restoration.
At Kolher Trailer I was responsible for much the same as Colt trailer except it was mostly small and gooseneck trailers I would maintain and repair. Many small Maintenance jobs such as re packing bearings and seal replacement. I also was tasked with assembling brand new trailers as well. I was also the sole person who installed 5th wheel turnover balls on customer vehicles. Flat beds were also something we installed in which I also had been tasked with doing there
At colt trailer I was responsible for repairing and maintaining any and all trailers. Jobs varied from simple wheel bearing and seal replacement to complete king pin replacements or even completely rebuilding the trailer. I've utilized many tools in the process including cutting torches, hand tools, power tools, and specialty tools. I am a skilled welder and am capable of passing up to 6g certification and have before while working for colt.
