At Westacos, I excelled in delivering exceptional catering services, showcasing my extensive background and adeptness in event coordination. Renowned for my effective communication and problem-solving skills, I ensured seamless event execution and customer satisfaction, handling unforeseen challenges with professionalism and maintaining a 100% success rate.
Once I get to an event, I go up to the door and make sure they know who I am so I introduce myself "hi my name is Ricky and im with Westacos, your taco caterer for today". Then i proceed to shake the costumers hand and ask where would they like us to set up. Once we know all the details at the event i proceed to assure them that we will be right on time with the cooking so that everybody eats on time. If there is any problems and way more then 99% of the time there isn't, but if there is I make sure to handle it in a professional way without causing to much attention towards my area. Once the event is over I pack up all of the left overs, ask where would they like them at, then proceed to help them with the leftovers and place them where they would like. Then we pack up all of our equipment in a trailer and when we are done we enter the event again and make sure we say bye to everybody and shake the costumers hand.
When im taking photos of other peoples cars at lowrider shows I go up too them to ask for their instagram so that I can send them free pictures just to get my name out there. But always when I go up to these people I try to make a conversation so that they can remember me and the photos I take and what type of person I am. This boosts my talking and communication skills with different types of people.
