Answered multi-line phone system. Provided information for registration, events, schedules, and teacher aide files. Managed the Office with family and parent needs, staff needs, and district needs. Managed the substitute system with Teams. Keeping track of staff absences, filling with preferred subs and entering all information in Teams. Used Excel Spreadsheets for teacher testing schedule/coverages, visitors for special events and summer school. Deescalated upset parents and helped calm them either by solving the issue myself or sending them to someone who could resolve the issue, depending on the situation. Maintained the copy machines in the Office and the Workroom. Fulfilled copy and scan requests from staff. Sorting mail/packages. Assuring materials for students would reach them in a timely manner that families would drop off. Set up and managed transportation requests through emails. Assisted where needed when we were short on staff and subs. Assisted our Registrar with student registrations. Worked with administration on issues with Teams and the sub system to make sure the pay and hours were accurate not only for the staff but for the substitutes that worked that specified job before verifying and submitting to payroll. Assigned personnel/sub badges to employees and helped with overall security of the campus. Assisted families with the Teams system for updating their personal information. Kept track of those that were/were not allowed to visit, pick up, or have lunch with a student. Signed in all visitors with a School Pass system which runs their Drivers License for approval. I also worked with the head of Technology to correct issues. Answered teacher requests for bathroom breaks, behavior calls, and any other needs.
