Unloaded items from truck 2x weekly. Sorted, hung, inspected, and organized all products that were sent to the store. Worked efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Worked with customers to answer questions and did basic cleaning.

• Took care of youth ages 13-17 in a residential facility, all who had faced abuse and neglect backgrounds coming from foster care, the juvenile justice system, etc. Transported them to appointments, outings, school, and visits with family. Helped maintain a schedule and activities. Learned trauma response language and deescalation as well as trained in youth restraint, CPR and AED, and first aid. Monitored their behavior and worked with other staff to maintain a routine. I had to leave this job due to unforeseen medical issues as well as being scheduled upwards of 75 hours a week.

• Worked year-round from 2019 to 2020, started college in fall of 2020 so I worked full time in the summers when home from school between college, and left when I moved to Mt. Pleasant May of 2022. Did cooking and closing which included kitchen/wholes store and appliance cleaning and basic maintenance.

• The start and end month dates are estimated but worked there for 6 months at age 16 and quit because of management behavior. Did mostly cashiering and order taking.
