Launched a handyman business to provide reliable home repair services. when I was 22 years old. After working for 3 electrical companies. Tradesman International, Feyne & Zystra and under my dad's master's electrical leadership working for him as well. Then two framing companies and a drywall fisher company i believed i had the confidence well-rounded knowledge to start my own business. I've done a lot on my own from interior re-models roofing building stairs etc. etc. Thers not a whole lot I haven't done, and I do research the best ways to construct and self-educate any new project to know it's done right and safely.

Advancing more on my maintenance experience. Oversaw 180 units with one other maintenance person. Did everything from sweating pipes installing new valves replacing furnace's circuit boards that got burnt out, installing shower surrounds, carpet tile, trim, light fixtures, breakers, water damage repairs, roofing and much more.

Completed various work orders, including repairs on window screens and exterior balconies. Installing light fixtures, running wire. Painting and installing new furnaces and repairing sidewalks and ensuring tenants were met with sincere care and professionalism
