At Target I have two different jobs. My first is the Starbucks department. This section I work to make coffee for all the guest, this comes with working by yourself and as a team. This can be every stressful. My second position at Target is work in the style team. My job in this department is to work the fitting room as well as the floor. In the fitting room I have sections in the store that are my job to keep organized as well as, to take all the unwanted clothing and reorganize it back to the respected areas on the floor. When working on the floor my job is to keep all clothing organized and folded, to keep all the sections looking the best they can.

As a line cook team lead I would make sure at anytime that I was working; which was both mornings and nights, that my co-works were trying to do the best they could, to make a nice easy flow for get costumer's thier food as fast as possible. Not only that but on down times, my job was to make sure that all of the line was up to code. This included expired food, how clean everything was, make sure we weren't out of anything, everything was were it need to be, and we had what we need on the line to be successful. I was to say update with my gm as much as possible. I as a team lead would also train new line cooks to be the best they could. Above all the business work, my job was also to make everyone as welcome as possible, and if above all else smile at work.

My job at the Ramada was an on call job. I worked weddings, reunions, and bigger gatherings. I would prep all the food and drinks, then I would serve the guest. After that I would clean all the dishes as well as the tables.
