• Facilitate statewide training for counselors and faculty in all 112 CA community colleges to effectively use career resources with students to help them choose a major and a career
• Develop career resources as part of the team for the www.cacareercafe.com, the virtual career center for 2.4 million community college students
• Lead professional development for faculty and counselors to stay abreast of education reform initiatives

• Taught Career Development and Student Success classes
• Lead grant teams to develop a continuum of career development activities from middle school level to community college
• Facilitated trainings for high school and community college counselors in use of career materials with students
