Experienced Project Manager with 20 plus years of track record in successfully leading and delivering diverse technology projects across Shell Organizations including Upstream, Downstream, Global Functions and ET&P. Project manager with mastery in Lean Agile implementation for application systems and last 5 years in infrastructure delivery. Will bring unique experience of both Project Management and Lean Agile experience in Shell. Azure NSD R2-R3 Program Delivery- Led one of the first programs in ITSO, using True Agile delivery approach in. As part of this delivery project, I was both, scrum of the scrum master and the project manager. I worked across the vendor teams including Microsoft and T-system along with Azure CoE to deliver several SaaS applications in Azure. Also delivered R3 with a scope of Oracle OEM (Oracle Enterprise Manager) available in Azure (this was a huge success Experienced in managing 10-20 project team members starting from project initiation to closure. Efficiently managed vendor resources and direct reports for delivering outcomes. Nominated as the ITSO Agile Focal Point for the US and worked closely with Agile HUB to ensure that Shell PDF approach has been incorporated in the overall Agile implementation across the organization. Led CI initiative for ET&P tower to build a robust CI foundation. Worked as a CI coach and speakers for several CI Days from 2020 to 2022. WAVE ( Women Adding Values) Learning committee member for 5 years. Served as the Learning Chair of US IT DEI in the 2021 and was able to demonstrate my leadership and organizational skills. I have facilitated 4 mentoring circles in the year 2020. Excellence in delivering outcomes and awarded VP CIO in 3rd quarter for of 2020 and got special recognition from Alisa Choong for coming up with unique solution for InPlace upgrade.

• Currently leading an implementation of a large-scale PAM ( Privileged Access Management) New Service Delivery for Highly Privileged Account Management
• This solution builds a reliable and secure platform for Business-Critical applications within Shell along with creating a future blueprint of the PAM in Shell to protect Shell’s assets and prevent, mitigate, and remediate breaches
• Coached and developed several of my project teams through agile transformation by developing understanding of Scrum framework and its benefits in project delivery
• Led the adoption of tools, artifacts, and ceremonies to promote a better investment in teams’ productivity, communications, and autonomy
• Worked with senior leadership teams in understanding and being ambassador of benefit of agile delivery in Shell
• Successfully federated around 10 thousand employees of BSJV (Brunei Shell Joint Venture) to Shell landscape using Agile Project Delivery method that helped Shell to avoid around 12 million USD
• Successfully led deployment of 13 Work-streams of a 12 to 13 million USD budget per year program, as an Edge Life Cycle Manager/Iteration lead, following Agile Delivery Method (EDGE) and delivered all of them within time and budget which resulted in enabling Shell Trading to be compliant and maintain its license to operate
• Developed a unique Predictive Maintenance solution using Data Modeling and Algorithm to avoid unscheduled deferment and reduction of maintenance cost of around 4.3 billion in Shell Upstream/IG and Downstream
• Successfully introduced a completely new approach and process for InPlace OS upgrade contributing, using Agile PDF to around 500K USD per year savings
• Was nominated for VP CIO award and received recognition not the CIO award from Alisa Choong.
