• Led company strategy around DevSecOps, Application Modernization, Cloud Native Development, and Hyperautomation resulting in $1B in revenue growth over 3 years.
• Designed and led development of company's enterprise source control management, binary artifact management, CICD automation, quality management, and governance tooling serving 4,500+ software, data, and digital engineers.
• Reorganized into a team of teams model and grew from six to twenty cross-functional, geographically dispersed agile teams.

Cloud One

• Created and led Community of Practice of over 1,000 IT professionals for multi-vendor DoD cloud ecosystem to democratize cloud, DevSecOps, and application modernization and migration across Defense Industrial Base.
• Designed and developed a corpus of reuse models, examples, tutorials, and developer guides to accelerate secure cloud adoption.
• Advised and contributed to modernization and migration of over 100 systems to highly regulated AWS GovCloud and Azure environments at DoD CC SRG Impact Level 4, 5, and 6.
• Evangelized benefits and explained design of USAF Cloud One's zero trust networking architecture across Department of Defense, Treasury, Energy, Transportation, Interior, Homeland Security, and various IC agencies.

Enterprise Case Management

• Lead software engineering team of teams organization comprised of 50 software, cloud, security, and data engineers.
• Charter member of Retail and Direct Tech DevOps guild that evangelized robust CICD automation and continuous monitoring for rapid feature delivery while complying with NPI, PCI, and SOX resulting in 10x increase in production releases and 10x reduction in production outages across 50 YBYO product teams/500 engineers.
• Designed, developed, and delivered bank's cloud-native enterprise document and media management solution, Correspondence Hub, that stores, indexes, and secures more than 1 million letters, emails, and case documents per day.

Fraud Protection

• Designed, developed, and delivered check processing fraud models that expedited day 1 and day 2 check processing
• Rationalized, modernized, and migrated customer protection and resiliency product line to AWS to manage more than $100M in assets,
• Designed and lead development of bank's fraud case management platform in AWS with cloud native strangler pattern around enterprise Pega solution.

Command and Control (C2) Decision Aid Chief Architect

• Designed and led decomposition of US Navy Mine Warfare C2 system into more than 50 Spring Boot and React/Redux microservices for composable Command and Control and Geospatial Information System software across US Navy, Japanese Maritime Self Defense Force, and other allied military and defense organizations.
• Led transformation from waterfall to agile development at USN PMS-495 resulting in capability delivery from eighteen month cycle to every two weeks.
• Designed and led development of fully automated test-driven development of MEDAL EA which enabled all Government Acceptance Testing to focus solely on free-play testing and education/tool familiarization.
• Educated multiple teams across company on agile transformation of MEDAL to MEDAL EA and consulted on similar transformations at NASA, USPTO, and USMC.

Integrated Logistics Toolchain

• Architected and led migration of logistics operations off of legacy Mainframe system (COBOL) onto modern, open-source ERP, OLTP, and OLAP, representing $1B in annual revenue in ERP transactions.
• Designed and led development of logistics OLAP data warehouse and Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) capabilities from active OLTP as well as historical mainframe's 30+ years of SO/PO/Receipt/Invoices.
