I provided compassionate, hands-on care to elderly and disabled patients in both home and long-term care settings. I assisted patients recovering from surgery, stroke, or injury with mobility exercises, transfers (using gait belts and Hoyer lifts), range-of-motion exercises, and repositioning to prevent pressure ulcers.

I supported physical therapy goals by encouraging independence while ensuring safety.

I strictly followed infection control procedures, including proper hand hygiene, PPE use, and cleaning protocols. I helped prevent skin breakdown by repositioning bedridden patients every two hours and monitoring for early signs of pressure injuries.

I provided comfort-focused care to hospice patients, assisting with hygiene, repositioning, and emotional support. I maintained a calm and respectful presence for both patients and their families during difficult moments.

I collaborated effectively with nurses, therapists, and family members to ensure coordinated care. I communicated clearly about patient concerns, behavioral changes, and physical symptoms to support timely interventions.
