- Performed work, involving the skills of two or more maintenance, or craft occupations
- Duties included HVAC, insulating, carpentry, repairing electrical or mechanical equipment, installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment, and repairing buildings, floors, or stairs
- Performed preventive maintenance actions, planned and laid out repair work, performed general cleaning of buildings or properties, repaired or maintained buildings, walls, doors, PTAC units, painted walls, repaired roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, drywall, and other parts of building structure
- Dismantled machines, equipment, or devices to access and remove defective parts, assembled, installed, and repaired wiring, electrical or electronic components, tested and treated water supply, provided grounds keeping services, performed light plumbing and maintenance of machinery and equipment, and had advanced skills in masonry working with materials such as bricks, concrete, and masonry repair work.
