Research Internship- 

Opportunity to contribute significantly to a research project focused on understanding the relationship of the anti-inflammatory effects of Allopurinol on the incidence of prostate cancer. The project aimed to address the conflicting findings in the literature regarding the prevalence of prostate cancer in the setting of anti-inflammatory use. internship included data collection and analysis. Helped obtain data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey dataset. I was also tasked with conducting a thorough literature review, evaluating, and interpreting various research papers. Also helped design informative figures and assisted with academic writing.
