When I first was hired has Terminal Manager in Mankato back in May 2013, Estes operated with a loss of over 6 figures. After my first full year working for Estes, Mankato made money and have continued to improve profits each year and now make 7 figures yearly. In June of 2024 I was promoted to manage a new expansion terminal in St. Cloud Minnesota. It was my responsibility to hire all staffing, complete training, get supplies and equipment needed to get this terminal operational. Our St. Cloud Terminal is already growing and is being profitable.
