Organized, planned, and monitored the operations of the District 2 Sex Offender Supervision Unit

Led, coached, and trained a staff of 25 Parole Agents who monitored 1500+ parolees in in 5 counties. 

Established and maintained appropriate record keeping systems for community supervision.

Coordinated reports of host site investigations in preperation for release of offenders into the community. 

Scheduled installation of any monitoring equipment if necessary.

Decreased expeditures for the state by over $24,000 through reducing over-time hours of Parole Agents by utilizing flex schedules.
