I have been out of the restaurant business for 8 years prior to 2000 as I was a Ranch Assistant on a well known motor cross persons private ranch. Duties included, such as, meet and greet all guest, take care of all Release of Liability forms signed, Cleaning and inventory all the houses, preparation for private events, arranging catering set up and take down, assisting with all check in process for staying at the ranch. Help Ranch Manager coordinate all involved in setting up for private events.

In my early days, I have always been in the restaurant industry working in all capacities, such as, Hostess, Cocktail Service, Bartender and Server.

I have worked for Black Angus, Reuben E Lee, Rusty Pelican and Alfonso's in La Jolla.
