Creating calls for service from answering 911 and nonemergency phone calls. Dispatch the correct units to calls for service for law enforcement and ems/fire related calls. I am a certified training officer through APCO; I train new hires on polices and procedures and training them with the skills necessary to perform their job duties. I have been an officer in command for multiple Lead Communications Officers and currently the Alpha squads OIC. OIC is the stand in LCO for when the LCO is not on shift performing the same duties as the LCO.
