- Worked with patients from cradle to grave, and head to toe. Increased the prosthetic clientele to 30% of scheduled appointments. A cornerstone of my philosophy has always been client service and education. This worked well with prosthetic patients, who are often overwhelmed by the process and the new challenges they are facing. Served in the main office four days a week, and traveled to two successive satellite clinics one day a week, each of which increased in volume. Developed and implemented a prosthetic referral pathway in which the local vascular group would oversee IPOP care, and then refer long-term care to a physiatrist or NP, who were groomed for prosthetic oversight and met documentation requirements.
