Responsible for a team of 18 direct reports

• Oversee operations in all Phase 2/3 Grow areas including 18 Flower rooms and 4 Nursery rooms
• Coordinate team schedules to optimize workflow and enhance productivity
• Collect data and develop KPI metrics to improve efficiency and accountability of task completion
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve successful completion of projects
• Onboarding new team members and developing skills across the team to better enhance workflow and develop company culture
• Uphold strong communication with Leadership and Technical Team; filled in for extra job duties in absence of Assistant Head Grower
• Ensure safe practices are followed throughout all areas; escalate concerns and report incidents in a timely manner
• Documentation and reporting of all safety, quality, or compliance related issues
• Interviewing and selecting internal and external candidates for company openings
• Performing annual reviews and compensation adjustments for all eligible team members
• Attending weekly maintenance calls to communicate issues and assist in resolution of ongoing projects
• Assisted in planning, cleaning, and onboarding of 7 inactive Grow rooms during early 2025

• Responsible for overseeing, training, and managing expectations of a Nursery team throughout the Mother, Clone, and Veg Room (Phase 4 / 2nd Floor)

• Responsible for overseeing, training, and managing expectations of a Flower team throughout all Flower rooms (Phase 2 + Phase 4 / 3rd Floor)

• Assisted Kitchen Manager in training and proper execution of daily and weekly tasks; opening and closing procedures
• ServSafe Manager Certified - Implemented new processes to enhance food safety
• Managed weekly food stock inventory and placed orders to ensure operations were maintained
• Developed daily Lunch and Dinner specials and procurement of ingredients
