Robert Brown

*Provide quality and timely application of fertilizer and herbicides/pesticides on all types of agricultural fields.

*Maintenance of all relevant application and site equipment/vehicles/facilities.

*Stay current on all license and regulatory requirements for commercial applicators/drivers.

*Other duties as assigned by manager.

*Slag processing plant conveyor/structure/machine maintenance.

*Mobile/jobsite welding, equipment fabrication/repair/operation.

*Perform a wide variety of other job site maintenance responsibilities as assigned by manager.

*Managing day to day site operations.

*Overseeing startup of newly constructed slag processing and crushing plant.

*Other duties as assigned by manager.

*Control day to day site operations.

*Ordering and maintaining inventory/parts for all site and mobile equipment.

*Employee/activity scheduling, labor relations, and other administrative duties as necessary.

*Operation of a wide array of mobile equipment in performance of slag processing, steel mill services, and scrap reclamation, including wheel loader, dozer, slag pot carrier, excavator/backhoe, haul struck, telescoping material handler, tractor trailer, manlift, motor grader, fork truck, skidsteer, Broderson crane, and various other specialized equipment.
