- Performed complete (frame off) reconstruction on classic and antique vehicles. (Until retirement and moved to Arizona).

• I was tasked at Mikes Auto Body to work at several locations that were underperforming. At Crash Champions I am an Estimator. I handle CSAA, HARTFORD, USAA, LIBERTY MUTUAL, and back up on STATE FARM.

• Worked from July 2019 - July 2020 when shop was forced to close due to COVID.
• Recruited by Service King Paint and Body as General Manager to manage the Oakland facility. My job was to manage the day-to-day operation of the facility. This included overseeing the daily production schedule, manage the data entry required by our management software, confirm all our contracted direct repair program requirements have been met daily.
• Held associates accountable for meeting established operational guidelines, brand standards, customer service expectations and company policies.
• Managed business operations - working closely with senior management to develop KPIs, build operating dashboards, and monitor performance.
• Managed the performance of team members, conducted performance appraisals, and managed promotion recommendations.
• Recognized for excellence in building and motivating management and hourly teams.

• Reorganize and remodel the lowest grossing shop located in San Rafael, CA.
• Design and prepare to open the next location in San Bruno, CA. (Both shops are now successful and highly profitable).
• Started, from scratch, and opened their newly acquired facility in Pleasanton, CA. It was simply 4 walls. I located and purchased all the required equipment and inventory, applied for all permits and licenses. I implemented Quick Books, data flow, record keeping and trained the entire staff. I recruited new business and built a phenomenally successful and profitable business to where it is today.
