In charge of managing 10-15 employees, food safety, cash control, payroll maintenance, hiring and interviewing new employees, inventory control and counting, file maintenance, custom service, and many other small tasks. Recently passed company quality inspection with a 95 score and great food safety. In the few months that I have worked there sales have increase 4-5% week after week.
