was in charge of all of the blades that cut chicken in both evisceration and cut up

Would take all the blades off at the end of shift, clean them, inspect them, sharpen them, and replace the ones that needed to be.

I check the arbor and caps and replace when needed.

Set the blades at the right height and degree.

Use a blade sharpener to sharpen the blades.

Use various hand tools to remove and attach blades.

Use proper ppe equipment.

Follow all safety requirements lock out/tag out.

Follow all my supervisors requests.

Worked in the box room running box machines and putting them on the line.

Would operate machines that made boxes.
