With over 27 years of manufacturing experience. I have been fortunate to gain experience at every level along the way. Starting directly out of high school up to today. I have been able to work every shift,and manage and many different levels. I prefer to build bridges rather than walls. Everyday I look forward to making a positive difference.

  • Responsible for all things manufacturing at four facilities across the United States
  • I currently travel to all locations quarterly
  • Direct plant managers and other levels of management
  • Work directly with vendors and maintain those relationships
  • Ensure SOP and company policy compliance
  • Recruiting – responsible for all manufacturing hiring and conduction interviews, this includes relocations
