•Develop and Implement over 50 high priority and urgent technical issues during tenure with client.

•Lead 12 Disaster Recovery efforts to ensure RightAngle is fully capable of handling pivotal functionality and technical activities.

•Created and updated over 50 stored procedures in SQL database as part of improving visbility and business descision in ETRM Right Angle.

•Updated and configured over 30 custom RightAngle contract templates and stored procedures to meet business requirements.

•Lead and coordinate weekly Change Control process and deployments.

•Configured and monitored custom and core tasks in ETRM Right Angle Production environment.

•Carry out Month End Close activities.

• Act as client facing central hub for 24/7 monitoring, escalation, ensuring maximum performance for customer and company's network.
• Provide solutions to any issues requested internally or externally.
• Monitoring ICTX WaveMedia network and customer network with various NMS.
• Manage internal/external issues with ticketing system FileMaker
• Train new NOC personnel, and propose new procedures
