• Created 24/7 Department from scratch. Developed and implemented all policies, procedures, training and safety inspections. Coordinated safety/security program with all departments.
• Oversaw all safety/security related issues and investigations. Tasked with reducing workers comp by identifying and eliminating safety hazards/risks and creating culture of safety. Tracked injuries/prioritized responses. Lowered WC injury claims from 13 to 8 in 1 year.
• Liaison to Police/Fire Departments. Extensive guest interaction. Primary contact with individuals, groups and insurance companies regarding injuries, accidents and theft with goal of turning negative experiences into positive outcomes through proactive response.

Managed both Stone Tops and the Masterpiece Tops departments. Tasked with rebuilding and restarting both departments after company's factory move and pending production restart.

• Mastered all aspects of production. Created detailed production process procedures. Produced highest quality customized table tops in an exceptionally lean operating environment.
• Extensive material ordering/inventorying and production forecasting. Coordinated between Purchasing, Sales, Design, various in-house production dept's, vendors and customers to meet tight production deadlines while prioritizing quality control and customer satisfaction.

Managed Campus Safety PM shift. 500 acre campus containing elite boarding school, state of the art sport training facilities, 600 employees, 1,300 students and hundreds of athletes/teams.

• Oversaw staff manning entry gates, security desks, video monitors and patrolling campus.
• Conducted extensive workplace and facility safety inspections. Lead investigations and produced incident reports. Emergency response and handling all safety/security related issues.

410 acre 228 room beach resort/private country club. 500 employees, 1,200 members, 6 restaurants, multiple retail outlets, 2 golf courses, Tennis Gardens, Marina and dozens of buildings/vehicles.
