From 2018 to 2022, I attended Salisbury University, where I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and a Minor in Athletic Coaching. I was also a student athlete for four years while attending this university, where I played football as an outside linebacker and a defensive end. During my time as a student athlete, I was able to maintain an average of a 3.0 GPA and earned a spot on the Dean's List in the fall of 2020. While in my last semester, I interned at the Athlete Academy in Fruitland, Maryland, where I got the opportunity to coach numerous athletes from various levels, including middle school through high school, in preparation for their upcoming seasons. This internship gave me an opportunity to develop and enhance my coaching skills, as well as my leadership skills. As a coach, we focused on the athletes' speed, strength, conditioning, and agility. Since graduating from SU, I became an employee at Pure Family Fitness in Salisbury, Maryland where I earned a NASM-CPT certification to begin training clients of all ages specializing in strength training, powerlifting, injury prevention and hypertrophy training. I have been a competitive powerlifter going on five years this year and I have a total of 1,901 lbs between squat, bench press, and deadlift.
