LA BEST is a taskforce aimed at identifying, targeting, and eliminating vulnerabilities to the Los Angeles/Long Beach Seaport Complex and the surrounding transportation and maritime corridors.
  • LA BEST conducted Human Trafficking and Cartel Narcotics investigation in the greater Los Angeles and surrounding jurisdictions.
  • Experienced in the Federal Justice system and crimes. I have conducted numerous Federal investigations and filing in Federal Court.
  • Obtained contacts with local, state and federal police agencies throughout the United States and Internationally.

Long Beach Port Security Unit-2013 to 2019

  • Port Security Officer assigned to conduct patrol functions in the Long Beach Port Complex and waterways in the surrounding areas.
