- I transferred to the Jasper plant after working in Fleet Maintenance for a little over 4 years.
- I started at Jasper as a CCT and was promoted to Control Room Operator 2.5 years ago. I've been working as a CRO for 2.5 years learning the start-up and shut-down procedures along with daily controls of the plant. Also during this time I have been responsible for writing repair orders, turn-overs, hot works, confine space and other documents for daily operations.
- The control room operator position is a steadily evolving position that requires constant training and understanding the need to work and communicate well with others.
