Negotiated prices and terms with various companies such as steel suppliers, Dock equipment company. Reduced the initial steel order for a "Harmony" construction project cost from $3,418,859 to $2,938,101. Reduced cost for Dock equipment from ~$7M to $5,699,485.

Arranged agreement and signed the contract between legal departments of my company and sub contractors legal team.

Supervised all logistics operations with precast concrete and structural steel elements from plants to various construction sites.

Research and analyzed land for purchase for industrial projects using CoStar web application and real estate agencies reports and contacts.
