After graduating this past December from Sacramento State University, I wish to begin a career in the field in which I have such a passion for. My goal is to help improve the lives of those who need help the most. I want to be the person someone in need can turn to and count on in a crisis. I want to aid in giving tools to the individuals who face daily struggles in order to best conquer their own adversities that they face in their lives.

As a Head Clerk at Holiday Market I manage the store's numerous responsibilities including leading the front end of the store, the supervision of each department of the store in completing their daily tasks, attending to customer service requests, handling all money in and out of the safe, receiving deliveries, conflict resolution, balancing of the safe, money loans, nightly reports, task assignment of fellow staff, and performance reviews.
During my time at Holiday Market I have:
- I have been the closing manager the last 8 years
- Trained 13 Head Clerks (2 have become Assistant Store Managers)
- Traveled to South Lake Tahoe to train the staff of a newly acquired store
- Received a Workplace Violence Prevention Certificate
