Experience with providing premier customer care and satisfaction for over 9 years working with customers across 3 organizations each top in their class for customer service in person, via email, and over the phone. From being a grocery bagger competing in the regional championships, to always being ranked between #1-#3 performing tech support agents monthly out of 20 techs for over 2 years I take all roles big or small as important and necessary to a organization's success. With 12 years using and testing software and working with tech, I'm very familiar with learning to use new programs and procedures as the world in 2023 demands this.   • When I left I was given the opportunity to train as a dept manager but preferred to take a chance with the software world.
