A pastor and detail-oriented leader with more than 10 years of experience, and a Masters degree (MDiv.) concentrating in spiritual formation and soul care. With a passion for people and a background in pastoral work, counseling, crisis intervention, conflict resolution, coaching, and executive level leadership in numerous local churches and other such organizations, it is my objective to exercise my giftings and skill-set to protect and serve others as a police officer.

  • In coordination with the lead pastor, helped to re-shape the culture of the church through the development an effective communication of a clear pathway and strategy

  • This was a project based position that culminated in 50 handpicked pastors and seminary students participating in the 6:4 Fellowship's Brooklyn Tabernacle Prayer Immersion Experience; a retreat aimed at gathering church leaders and next generation leaders from around the country and helping them catch a vision for prayer
  • Recruited next generation leaders from church planting organizations and seminaries to engage in coaching and other 6:4 activities
  • Led all communication, meetings, gatherings, and trainings designed to engage church planters and seminary students in our coaching and other 6:4 activities
  • Provided coaching to pastors and seminary students across the country
  • Provided creative input on increasing and improving our efforts to connect, coach, and coalesce young leaders across the country

  • Grew the organization from coaching 16 pastors a year, to over 250 pastors and church leaders per year, producing $200k+ in new income per year and immeasurable ministry impact.
  • Developed and recruited the leadership structure of The 6:4 Fellowship, resulting in 16 National Leaders including Jim Cymbala and HB Charles championing the vision of Acts 6:4 across the country, as well as 75 Regional Leaders who are gathering other pastors for prayer in 75 different cities around the country.
