- This was a project based position that culminated in 50 handpicked pastors and seminary students participating in the 6:4 Fellowship's Brooklyn Tabernacle Prayer Immersion Experience; a retreat aimed at gathering church leaders and next generation leaders from around the country and helping them catch a vision for prayer
- Recruited next generation leaders from church planting organizations and seminaries to engage in coaching and other 6:4 activities
- Led all communication, meetings, gatherings, and trainings designed to engage church planters and seminary students in our coaching and other 6:4 activities
