  • Made exotic aluminum to be processed into billets which were then made into panels to build nuclear waste-rod containers.


  • We learned every duty in the HT billet department in under a year and worked diligently to earn an outstanding reputation to direct management and associates.


  • We excelled at operating a large cold isostatic press -which we broke previous production records on, further breaking our own set records in the future.


  • For the entirety of our employment we strictly maintained NCR and company HSP standards on all processes, not only for personal accountability, but to ensure product compliance for further processing of our blended powders and finished billets.


  • After being asked, we successfully helped launch and maintain the departments new third shift - training and leading a small crew of 2-5 people until our departure.

  • Processed Orders for lawn equipment and replacement lawn equipment parts, including Dewalt and other name-brand power tools. In under a year, I learned every job in the department including – order picking, order packing, truck loading and material handling, where I set production records in reserve packing for large retailers such as Home Depot and Lowes.
  • In One year, I became the primary trainer for ‘service picking’ where we picked parts for daily and weekly customer orders (residential and commercial)
  • In One year, I became the group leader choice for our service department due to my deep understanding of the job and my commitment to ensuring orders always went out on time and without mistakes (wrong part numbers, wrong quantities)

  • Started as a cut tubing stacker and quickly made my way to the position of Haven Tube-Cutting machine operator – where I was responsible for cutting our welded steel tubing to various length for major projects the company was involved in, including – Carport framing, Trussing for commercial buildings, Heavy duty racking and Vehicle frames
  • Within One year, I broke ALL the previous production records for the various tubing diameters and geometries – to the point where they increased production rates for all Haven machines within the company based on my daily production numbers (much higher than the previous set rates)
  • I was also highly efficient on our production tubing mills, where the mill was continuously shaping, welding and cutting tube to 300-inch lengths to then be taken to Havens to be cut to specified lengths. Two men were responsible for unloading 400 pound, 300-inch lengths of tubing into stacks directly off the mill.
