Primer technology solutions is a company that is subcontracted to work on LVT trailers. I was recently at the LVT headquarters to receive training on their equipment and was certified by LVT to be a Field Service Professional. The work that this job entails is:

• taking down trailers, transporting trailers, and setting up the trailers.
• upgrading outdated trailers to the new standard that LVT emblements, after they figure out new ways to improve their systems. One of the main upgrades is called MET enhancement.
• fixing trailers that have been vandalized such as cleaning graffiti, fixing locks, replacing broken solar panels, and replacing stolen or broken items on the units.
• competing power diagnosis when the unit is not receiving the correct voltages.
• Utilized effective troubleshooting methods, removed malfunctioning components and identified wiring issues to restore systems to working order.
• receiving material from LVT at home to transport to near by shop for future jobs.
• Read and interpreted technical manuals, drawings and schematics to make accurate repair decisions.
• coordinating with POC or owners on where to place units and where to face the cameras.
• Maintained detailed logs of installation, repair and updating services.
• Kept detailed inventory records of parts and materials and took note of potential shortages or problems.

Worked for RTI Systems for 2 years within that time I've learned a lot about low voltage learned how to install sites as well as service existing sites. Some of that knowledge includes.

• Running conduit, flex, and power/data wire
• Installing/repairing equipment such as computers, adams, meanwells, inverters, Pi, MPPTs, switches, APs.
• walking sites and coordinations with Project Managers about placement and positioning with all equipment
• setting up solar panels set ups for the sites that don't have power.
• setting up battery back up equipment for the sites where there are only generators on site
• set ups include cameras, speakers, strobes, sirens/IP horns, and directional antennas
• the type of cameras that are used include thermal cameras, PTZ's, crane cameras, Pano cameras, and standard IP cameras.
• Inspected equipment for signs damage before performing maintenance services.
• Software that I learned are IW2, SoftPerfect Network Scanner, Ubiquiti, ADAM/Apex.NET Utility program
• Crimping Cat 5/ cat 65 heads, running and repairing damaged lines.
• Maintained detailed logs of installation, repair and updating services.

• Loaded and unloaded packages from delivery vehicles

• Inspected packages for damages or defects and recorded any issues found.
• Organized packages according to type, size, destination, and other specifications.
• Stacked boxes onto pallets in an efficient manner.
• Maintained a clean work environment by removing debris from the loading dock area.
• Scanned and sorted packages according to destinations and service type using handheld scanner.
• Loaded and unloaded shipments from trucks and picked up and moved heavy packages.
• Collaborated with other movers when loading large equipment to prevent potential accidents.

• Greeted customers and provided product knowledge.
• Prepared food items such as sandwiches, salads, soups, and drinks according to customer orders or company recipes.
• Operated cash registers to process payments from customers.
