Recent success as the technical lead for the launch of the new Retail AS6 POS and Radiant fuel systems during a global dual deployment. Coordinated resources to always have support available for testing, during launch and post support based local command time zones. Coordinated schedules and workflow timelines with project management in support of the projects. Coordinated hardware shipping globally to ensure that the commands had what was needed ahead of their scheduled go live and assisted to make sure the devices were ready locally before launch. Worked with vendors on experienced and expected problems during both the testing and launch phases of the projects. To ensure positive outcomes conducted meetings with headquarters functional team members, managers, department heads and local command representatives to overcome existing problems and looking to the future for better efficiencies. Project completed on time and 400k under budget.
During my time I have served as COR (contract officer representative) for FPOS, Caterease, Epitome, Elavon and Verifone. With changes in NCR hardware guided my team through building new hardware images (STIGs and POS environment) for future use to meet requested business needs.
